Canadian Legislature Uses ‘Arrested Development’ Reference

One of my favorite things is when people use pop culture in places little conducive to such a thing. For instance, Ohio State University president Gordon Gee, a pop culture geek, referenced a Tosh.0 redemption for President Obama as he was introducing him prior to the commencement address.

In this case, it's a Canadian lawmaker addressing Parliament.
